Ability Calls was formed by a group of professionals based on their passion for giving back to our society, empowering individuals who are facing challenging circumstances, and partnering with organizations that share this vision. Our Community Partner Program allows us to do all three.

We are committed to providing jobs for people who seek employment, but who are unable to work traditional work hours or in a traditional work setting. Factors that create some of these circumstances include health issues, stage of life, or other personal responsibilities. These people are fully capable and motivated to work, but face extremely limited job opportunities. We strive to facilitate collaborative partnerships with organizations who share a similar vision so that, together, we can reach our common goals and enhance the lives of Americans.


Many of our current employees are people who, in our mind, are true heroes. They face challenging circumstances, pursue their goals, and focus on their abilities instead of their obstacles. Ability Calls supports these populations through career opportunities with Zephyr Partners. These groups include, but are not limited to:

  • Caregivers

The flexibility of our remote agent model empowers many of these individuals to return to the workforce. Our Community Partners are organizations that seek to provide employment, or in other ways enhance the lives of our heroes. We seek to collaborate with them to identify prospective agents, provide suitable job opportunities, and network our agents to organizations that can provide additional types of support.

 Additionally, there are often call center jobs within the businesses that champion the causes of our Community Partners. We are able to offer top of the line contact center services to those businesses, staffed by agents referred by our Community Partners, bringing unique and personal expertise regarding the product or service.

The core of Ability Calls is the commitment to giving back to the community. We seek to support our non-profit partners by providing contact center jobs to their constituents. These jobs are often with companies who champion the cause of the non-profit organization, and thus the partnership circle is complete.
